Privacy policy

Last updated September 2, 2026.

A bright, tidy bedroom with white walls

The short version

AirDry Co does not have accounts, does not sell anything directly, and does not ask you for personal information anywhere except the contact form. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, and affiliate links that let retailers attribute a purchase to us. That is the whole of it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

The name, email address and message you type. They are sent to our own mailbox so we can reply. We do not add you to a mailing list - there is no mailing list - and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

The form also records the moment the page loaded and checks the submission rate from your network address. Both exist purely to block automated spam, neither is stored beyond the request, and neither identifies you.

When you read a page

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects the usual analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your network address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use it to see which pages are worth writing more of. We do not use it to identify individuals and we have no way to do so.

Google’s own privacy documentation describes what it collects and how to opt out. Browser-level analytics blockers work on this site and we do not attempt to defeat them.

When you click a buy button

Buy buttons on this site point at an address on our own domain beginning /go/, which forwards you to the retailer. We record that a click happened and which product it was for, as an analytics event. We do not record who you are, because we do not know.

The retailer then sets its own cookies to attribute any purchase to us. Those are the retailer’s cookies under its own privacy policy, not ours. What we receive back is aggregate commission reporting with no customer details in it - we cannot see what you bought or whether you bought anything.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent any data about you.
  • We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels on this site.
  • We do not have user accounts, logins or profiles.
  • We do not send marketing email. There is no newsletter.
  • We do not knowingly collect anything from children.

Cookies

The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers beyond that. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Data we hold, and for how long

Contact form messages sit in our mailbox for as long as they are useful for correspondence and record-keeping, and are deleted when they are not. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ own retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. In practice the only personal information we are likely to hold is a contact form message you sent us. Email info@airdryco.com and we will handle it.

Third parties

  • Google Analytics - site analytics, under Google’s privacy policy.
  • Amazon - the affiliate program we participate in. Clicking through takes you to Amazon under Amazon’s own privacy policy.
  • Vercel - hosting. Standard server logs apply.
  • Microsoft - the mail service that delivers contact form messages to us.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and describe what changed. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
